Fat grafting restores the volumes of the face by reinjecting the patient's own fat, harvested by micro-liposuction. The photographs below show results obtained after restoring the cheekbones, the temples or the nasolabial fold.
The final result can be judged at three months. Part of the transferred fat is resorbed during the first weeks: this is an expected phenomenon, which the surgeon takes into account at the time of injection. A second session is sometimes necessary to perfect the result.
Every face ages differently, and the quantity of fat available varies from one person to another. These photographs illustrate real results; they do not predict the one that might be obtained in another situation.
