Personal data

The information sent through the contact form — surname, first name, telephone number, email address, reason for the enquiry and message — is collected for the sole purpose of answering that enquiry and, where applicable, arranging a consultation appointment. No data is sold, rented or used for any other purpose, and no profiling is carried out.

The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the data controller in replying to an enquiry addressed to him and, for exchanges of a medical nature, the consent of the person concerned.

The data controller is Dr Benjamin Pulvermacker, 14 rue Pétrarque, 75116 Paris. The data is intended for the practitioner and the practice secretariat; it is not passed to any third party, save where required by law.

Messages received through the form are kept for twelve months after the last exchange, then deleted. Medical data created at a consultation belongs to the medical record and follows its own retention rules.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of data concerning you. These rights are exercised by email to secretariat@drpulvermacker.fr or by post to the practice address. A complaint may be addressed to the French data protection authority (CNIL).

The site sets no cookies until you have consented. If you accept audience measurement, Google Analytics records your visit in anonymised form. A refusal is remembered and you are not asked again. No advertising cookies are set, under any circumstances.

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by French law and subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.

The handling of personal data is governed by the French Data Protection Act.
